The sixth ODSS was held on the west coast for the first time, at the
Balboa Yacht Club in Marina Del Rey. Featured speakers were Gary Jobson,
Tom Leweck, Tom Schock and many others. The program has biographies of all the speakers
and the seminar outlines.

2009
Hobie Cat HAVAMEGA North Americans
This event marked the return of Hobie Cats to Lake Havasu Arizona after a 20 year absence. The cover is a recreation of a
HOTLINE magazine cover from 25 years prior. The rear cover is a collage of photos from prior Hobie Cat events at Lake Havasu.

The fifth ODSS was held at the Atlanta Yacht Club. Again, many
one-design movers and shakers were present - Dave Perry, Mike Ingham,
Tom Duggan among them. The program has biographies of all the speakers

2007 US SAILING One-Design Sailing Symposium
Held in Columbus, OH, the 2007 ODSS brought together one-design
sailing greats including Greg Fisher, Dave Perry, Skip Dieball, Tom
Hubbell and many others to discuss a wide variety of topics. The cover
photo was provided by Fried Elliot. The program has all the seminar
outlines as provided by the speakers.

2005
Hobie 16 North Americans
The 2005 event marked the first time in sixteen years that the Hobie
Cat Company provided all the boats for the event. To commemorate that,
the cover illustrates the sail patterns used at all the other provided
boat events from 1977 to 1989. This provided the basis for the "Sail
Pattern Guide" published in the Mar/Apr 2006 HOTLINE
magazine.
